Nicolas Bottero, the restaurant owner from Grenoble, won the title of « young talent » recognized by the Gault & Millau’s guide, which has just been released and which celebrates this year its 40th birthday. This very coveted title honours 27 young talents, selected in each region of France.

Initially from Grenoble, Nicolas Bottero was trained by the greatest Chefs : Alain Ducasse, Michel Bras and even Anne Sophie Pic. He opened his restaurant Le Mas Bottero in 2010, cours Berriat, in the centre of Grenoble, and his delicatessen in 2013, in Poisat. He proposes a cuisine inspired by regional and Mediterranean influences, with a mixture of fresh products selected according to the seasons « to get the best of their flavour ». He had recently won the title of Master restorer.
